King Kong group on tour
Starting early the first day we arrived to Km 82. The first day was a good trek up to our camp, where we got really good food (fresh trout with rice).
The second day we trekked over the next two passes, which was a lot of fun but very intense at the same time. The views were just stunning ... Continue Reading
I liked the challenge. I am grateful for the water every morning. It was really a life saver. I liked how friendships were developed. The choice of campsites was good, although the toilets left something to be desired, but that was not the fault of the company, and I was very comfortable.
The view was amazing and Grober and ... Continue Reading
This was a once in a life time event. The guides were great, the food was wonderful and everyone was extremely friendly. We were extremely lucky to have such great weather during the day, however it rained every night. The sound of the rain as it fell on tent was very soothing at night.
It was nice to see ... Continue Reading
The trek was the best hiking experience I have ever had ! The food was excellent, they served food straight from a kitchen, as if we weren't camped out in the jungle. Nature and the wilderness were beautiful and loomed over you from every direction.
The company was the best part of the trip, every night was filled with ... Continue Reading
King Kong fart brigade
We started with conviction to finish and we did it ! It was a great start and everyone was very excited for the adventure that we all uniquely experienced. We found out the first day that we would have to hike further on the hardest day and the spirit of the King Kong fart brigade made it happen.

Great four day trek
I enjoyed getting to know our other group members. It was nice to meet other people from all over the world and develop new friendships. Raul our cook was amazing and served the best meals. Our guides Americo and Grober were considerate and compassionate to each members' abilities and checked on them throughout the trip.
We were provided one ... Continue Reading
Awesome 4 days ! Great trek, great group, great guide, nothing more to say. Book it !
From start to finish Inca Trail Reservations have been so helpful. When my partner and I had questions about the tour we saw the company website had a live chat function. This was great. The member of staff we spoke to was ... Continue Reading
We made it
What an amazing 4 days ! There are so many great things to say about this tour I don't know where to start. Obviously there is the incredible scenery but it is the staff who really made this such an amazing experience. The porters carried all our things from camp to camp - I don't know how they do it. ... What a trip ! Much harder than I imagined. But I am here sipping, no gulping a cold beer down in Aguas Calientes. Yes I made it, much to my surprise. It was hard for me mostly, but we had a really good guide, Juan Carlos was just perfect. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, organized and he took great care of us ... Continue Reading
Altitude and courtesy
First, let me tell you about the altitude. It is no joke. I walked off the plane, down the steps and could feel the lack of oxygen. There is no way to train or prepare for what you are about to encounter. Your best asset is attitude and appreciation. Your attitude will carry you to the top. Your appreciation for ... A walk through the clouds
Just completed a 4 day trek in 3 days. I am not an outdoorsy person but I can say, with the help of Carlos, Ronnie and my friends I made it through. It was a physical and mental challenge, not for the faint of heart.
The scenery was breathtaking, Peru is a beautiful country. If you are debating a ... Continue Reading
We made it !
I planned a group tour of fifteen to Machu Picchu for a spring break trip. The two ladies who assisted me with the reservation were great with corresponding promptly and helping me with all of our requests. In addition, the two guides we had, Carlos and Ronnie were fantastic, and the porters were also fantastic. The food was nutritious and ... Continue Reading
Pacha Mama odyssey
Before starting the hike I wasn't sure what to expect as far as difficulty and how it would effect me. During the hike I was able to really break a spiritual as well physical barrier. I could not have asked for better guides that were very knowledgeable of the location and history of the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu.

The hike was a good time. I had to carry some bags for some of the other members of the group, but I was able to tough it out. I do physical labor for work everyday, because I love it. While hiking is not my ideal form of physical activity, I had a great time on the hike.
I ... Continue Reading
Slowly but surely
Machu Picchu was amazing. The hike was very tough but still beautiful. I highly suggest if anyone wants to do this hike, they need to be in tip top shape. I was always the last to finish, but when Ronnie was in the back, he stayed with me and even carried my pack. Carlos kinda skipped ahead and made Ronnie ... Continue Reading
