Knees a breakin, heart’s a taken
Had an amazing adventure on the Salkantay trail. The whole adventure was fabulous. You tour through some of the most beautiful scenery that you will ever see.
I was blown away by the crazy views of the glaciers on the first and second day. This crew works their butts off to support you. On the fourth ... Continue Reading →
This was certainly quite the adventure. I had previously suffered from altitude sickness in the US, at lower heights than we reached on this trek.
That had me nervous going in, but the crew leaders were very well equipped and advising on how to head off symptoms. I did not have much more than a headache the ... Continue Reading →
This was on the bucket list! Lesley and I have wanted to do this since our 40th birthday, eleven years later here we are!. From landing in Lima we haven't stopped. At the briefing before we arrived to find a lot of very young people, this was intimidating, we got up very early the next day and set off, nervous ... Continue Reading →
When we went to the team brief it all sounded amazing but I was a little concerned that I was 30 years older than most of the group.
That aside once we set off the next morning it was an amazing adventure , at times I wanted to throw down my walking poles and cry but due to Marcos ... Continue Reading →
What a beautiful country! The glaciers are by far the shining point on this trek, completely worth the extreme hiking. I did get sick (elevation? I took the medicine) midway through the hike which dampened things a bit. However, for my first trip out of the United States I still think this was a good choice. The Hiking is a ... Marco: Who is Bill?
This was an amazing trek.
Both Paul and Marco were fantastic. They were motivational, sympathetic, informative, flexible funny and really good people. Paul's stories in the evenings were always something to look forward to. Marco's laugh is the best. Paul's information about all the wildlife and fauna was really interesting. It was most ... Continue Reading →

Continue Reading →

Having never experienced a trek of this length / duration, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, especially in a drastically new location than ones I had visited before.
This will be a difficult trip to forget. The insane change in scenery and environment from the beginning to the end of the trek was just one ... Continue Reading →

This was the experience of a lifetime. The guides and and the porters all worked so hard to make sure we were all safe and Ever briefed us every day on what to expect so that we would be well prepared for the next day.
If I may suggest skipping the "happy hour" and instead having dinner earlier ... Continue Reading →
This was a trip of a lifetime. Ever and Fernando were amazing and did a wonderful job guiding us and educating the group.
The food was very good. The porters worked their asses off to be sure we had a great adventure. Had a little snafu with Grace at inca trails reservations but we made it work. I'm so ... Continue Reading →
This was a spectacular trip. A peak adventure for me. The porters were amazing, not only carrying some of my stuff, the carried an entire kitchen. They even baked us a Mother's Day cake on Sunday, our toughest day.
Equipment was great too. Spacious tents and warm with their rain flys on. It gets cold at night ... Continue Reading →
