I have waited years to do this and it was a present for my son's graduation. I loved every challenge along the way ,except the altitude sickness the first night.
The guides and cooks were patient and so hard working and truly appreciated. The food was fantastic. The scenery was out of this world. It was hard work but worth every step. Nothing can prepare you mentally and physically and emotionally for this type of journey.
I have enjoyed my time with my son and we will share these memories forever and always. Thank you Peru, you are an amazing country.
