Chat on WhatsAppWe started the trek with the briefing, that was very frustrating because the company changed the itinerary we received from Mariella our agent, we did not know about that and we were surprised with this information, we know it was not Jose’s fault he was doing his job, we should have been told new info by the person we booked with. Anyway the trek was amazing we had the best guide Jose, I always felt safe with him, he was very knowledgeable and funny, he always waited us during the trek because we could not walk faster than the other people, and the trek was very difficult for us but we enjoyed it, I loved every minute and I could not have made it up the mountain without José and Oscar, they were very patient.
About the food that was the best I’ve had in Peru, our cooks prepared delicious food, they did an excellent job like the porters too, they carried our pack they were helpful. We had an extra night in aguas calientes and the next day we climbed the Huayna picchu mountain, the view from there was great, I highly recommend this trek to anybody who want to do it, thank you.
