Our tour guide Cesar was the best , he would run in the front with the fast guys and walk all the back to make sure I was still alive lol! It makes a huge difference to have a passionate your guide. We ran into some other groups that the guys didn't do anything. We, on the other hand, had traditional ceremonies, funny stories and much more. It's very important to motion the porters too.
Those guys are from another planet, they run those mountains like little ants (while carrying all), the food is delicious and everyday when we finally arrived, they were there clapping, waiting for us with happy hour and smiles. Thanks everyone, I loved every minute of it!.
