Amazing Peru Adventure

My wife and I did the 5-day Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu. It was more difficult... and more rewarding... than we imagined.

The first two days were especially tough with the uphill hike and freezing temperatures. The porters, cooks, and guides did a fantastic job keeping everyone safe, warm, and entertained. Ronny and Jimmy were great, especially on the first freezing cold night. Many people were suffering from cold and altitude sickness, but were able to make it through to through to the end of the trip.

I would definitely recommend this adventure to others and look forward fo trying the Amazon trek.
