An accountant abroad

I was very nervous about competing the Inca Trail . I've never done a trek like this before, so I was worried about the difficulty and the altitude, but I did it and I'm so glad! My nerves were calmed by the guides who gave us encouragement and realistic expectations. They were also flexible to meet our needs while still keeping us on schedule. The porters were amazingly hard workers who took great care of us. The food was amazing -- I never expected to have such quality food, knowing that whatever we ate had to be carried up the mountain. Great breakfast, lunch, dinners and teas all complete with a CAKE at the end. Thank you all for making my Inca Trail experience possible!
