APU Salkantay!

What can I say about this wonderful trip? If you never saw Machu Picchu, it would still be worth it. To go from spectacular glaciers to the jungle to ancient civilization within a few days is truly memorable.

What really makes the trip special, however, is the people who run it. Our tour guide, Victor, created a superb atmosphere throughout and helped foster a bond between the group. While many helped to make the trip enjoyable, a special mention must be given to the chef who kept us well fed with endless variety.

A final word: the ziplines are insane!
