Challenging, rewarding trek

We did 4day/3night Salkantay trail. It was a great adventure despite a lot of rain!! Our guide Johanna was brilliant she looked after everything so well to make sure we had a good time.

She was knowledgable about the flora and fauna along the trek,and taught us a lot about the History of the Inka people. The campsites for night 1 and 2 were both well set up and comfortable. The food from our cook was nice and tasty, and our horseman looked after our stuff from one site to the next.

The scenery along the way was gorgeous. The trek is challenging but manageable, day 2 being the toughest !.

Overall we had a great time on our Salkantay trek with Inca Trail Reservations .
