Salkantay is amazing Because You see so many different environments. At first you climb paramount Andes mountains. The next day you emerge in warm Amazon rainforest. It is all topped off by visiting the greatest ruins in the world. It’s ultimately a highlight reel of the greatest things Peru has to offer. Also food is amazing. Ronny and Raul are the dream team.
