The Inca Trail was one of the best and most rewarding experiences of my life and one of the most challenging! Everything about the trail was very good. The varied micro climates, the animals, the vegetation and the Inca buildings were amazing and made for a good mix to break up the challenging trail walking at times.
The food was very good, the best I've ever had while camping, compliments to the chef. The porters did a great job and the whole thing would not have been possible without them. Special thanks to the guides who provided great explanations of everything as well as much needed support and leadership. Thank you Juan Carlos and Marco. The only downside was the tents leaked in the rain and the zippers didn't work sometimes.
Thank you very much Inca Trail Reservations .
