I started planning my trip to Peru with Chrissy in January. In February, I sprained my left knee. I went to physiotherapy and it got a little bit stronger.
Then, a week before we left for Peru, I sprained my right knee. Two sprained knees made me feel like maybe I should back out of the trip. But I decided not to, and I couldn't be happier! Our group became fast friends and I (and my knees) felt supported and happy the whole trip.
More than anything, Paul's passion and vast knowledge made this trip amazing. He was always checking in with us, making sure that we were comfortable and safe, which really made the difference. Thanks, Paul, and thanks, Inca Trail Reservations !
