I had a great time. Day two was the hardest. Maybe some more bonding like playing cards would have been good. Lizandro was really funny and helpful. The walking gets easier after a bit and the food really is fantastic. The early mornings were fine because we got to bed quite early and had a very relaxing time.
It was great to arrive at Machu Picchu even though the weather was not amazing. Later the clouds went away and Huayna Picchu is definitely worth doing for an amazing view of Machu Picchu. It's a shame the Inca sites on the trail are not more interesting.
