Flying over the Salkantay

I had a great time on the Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu. The beautiful landscapes from over 6000 high peaks with glaciers and glacier lakes to rainforest are very impressive .

Additionally to this inherent ingredients of the Salkantay trekking, I had the pleasure to be accompanied with an excellent guide and cooking crew and a very pleasant group members. The guide shared all his extensive knowledge on the Inca history as well as of the fauna and flora.

The food was had a great variety and was always extremely delicious. I would anyone suggest to participate in this wonderful trekking .
