Food coma (the good kind!)

My initial fears:

- will it be too cold or too hot? What to pack?

- will there be enough food or will I starve?

- what kind of people will be on the group?

Etc...

Honestly I couldn't have imagined a better experience. Amazing, unlimited and varied gluten free food, guides were knowledgeable, put-of-this-world kind of funny and organized, the group was mostly young professionals -with a sense of adventure and community-, it snowed, and rained and we enjoyed it so much.

Every day we had breathtaking experiences, do all hikes, enjoy! Incredible value for the money!

I'd say it's more of a trip for young couples or solo travelers. We had people from all nationalities and we became a little family after a few moments together, everyone seemed simple yet worldly, really good vibes from all!

The website does not show 10% of how amazing this trip really is, but I think every person needs to experience this alternative to the Inca Trail . Honestly, the 4 day trek is more than enough, just ask the guide to take you to the hot springs (Aguas termales).

This trek combines nature, exercise, views, amazing people and an atmosphere that doesn't feel like a tourist trap.

Out of 42 countries visited, this is the best group experience I've had so far.

Cheers,

Ps. The donkey can easily carry more than 8 kilos and nobody will weigh your luggage, so pack up!
