“Funny title for Paul”

Had no idea what I was getting into. Friend signed us up for a hike to Machu Picchu. I wondered why we didn't just take the train.

Well it turns out the Inca Trail itself is just as badass as the going to Machu Picchu itself. Our guide Paul was hilarious, the food and camp prep was outstanding. And we walked through some of the most beautiful wilderness I have ever seen.

On top of that you see many more Inca ruins and have a great guide to point out the history of the trail and Machu Picchu. This trip was the highlight of my stay in Peru.
