They kept in constant contact and made making the reservations very easy. Flights, permits, train and bus passes, and the lodging reservations were all taken care of with no problems. The trek itself, though very challenging, was an amazing experience. The guide, Juan Carlos, was very helpful and kept us all going.
All of the porters were fantastic in making sure everything got from campsite to campsite. It was amazing to watch how they can maneuver the Inca Trail with such ease. The chef was the best! I have never had a 3 course dinner while camping but can now say I have.
