Our guide, Ronni, was very pleasant to work with and patiently answered our hundreds of questions. The third day on the trail is when I really began to appreciate the skill of the Incas stone work. Our guide made us feel like we were the most important people on the trail. We were fortunate to have a pleasant couple to hike with.
Our trip was planned through Inca Trail Reservations . Obviously they were a good company for our hike. We did Nazca lines and lake Titicaca first and I recommend all people do the lake first because it gets you adjusted to the altitude ! More signs advising tourist how to use facilities, stay off sacred ruins, and descriptions of what we are looking at in the ruins.
