Great views, great food, and a few stairs

The trip was great ! Of course the highlight of the trip was arriving in Machu Picchu. It is truly spectacular, and not something you will ever forget, but you have amazing views the whole hike. You are hiking with towering mountains on all side most of the way. The sweat and hard work is so worth it when you see the sunrise over Machu Picchu, and much more of an adventure than arriving by train.

The meals prepared in camp by the cook were delicious restaurant quality for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The guide was very nice, knowledgeable, and supportive when needed. The porters will impress you with how hard they work to carry and setup all the things that making your trip comfortable.
