The organization by the company was very good and our guide was very informative. I was also impressed with the catering derive provided in such remote areas. One area I would suggest is that the company inform the clients, in advance, about the risks at altitude as I saw many suffering from the effects of the altitude on the first night. The plan to go up to the lake was a great way to help with this.
He accommodation provided was impressive and the quality of tents was extremely good. Our guide was one of the most informative I have ever had and he truly has a passion for the outdoors which he was very happy to share with the group. I think perhaps some of the distances on some of the days was a little too far, as spending 10 hours out on the trail for some was too long.
All in all though I thoroughly enjoyed it and I am looking forward to seeing Macchu Picchu tomorrow. Thanks
