I can’t feel my feet

This was an adventure of a lifetime. The crew was fantastic, the trails were challenging yet beautiful views along every step.

Coming from roughly sea level to to the highest point on day 2 of the Salkantay mountain trek was a challenge but thank you to altitude medicine, it was possible. This trek had many options that were great for those that are struggling or those that want a rush of adrenaline to add to their experience.

The variety of campsites and side excursions, such as the beautiful natural hot springs made the trip incredible. I would highly recommend this trek to anyone looking to explore the great Machu Picchu.
