Chat on WhatsAppi had an amazing time! The porters were incredible and the chef after learning we were vegan cooked us our own individual food each meal.
Miguel was also great and provided us with so much information and his passion for his culture was definitely apparent. I also loved that the trek group was small and felt very much like a family adventure. Also celebrating Christmas with all of this staff was great. They really seemed to enjoy making our holiday special. Overall my trip was amazing and I am very glad I chose your company.
My only negative comments is there should be more a understanding of what a vegan diet is if it is to be promised. We spent the first day and a half not really having much food. Also I think that the company should more upfront about extra fees. For example tips and bathroom costs.
I also think that it should not cost so much to hire a porter for one day. We paid almost as much for a porter for one day as our trip mates paid for their entire trip.
Even with all else issues I am still very happy with my experience and the staff.
