Starting off at mile marker 82 we set about the first days trekking which was "Inca Flat" which basically means up and down for a while. Camp on the first night was pretty cool as we went tarantula hunting around the campsite, we found a few around the walls.

The second day was the hardest as we were up and up and up over many kilometers. The climb was very rewarding though once at Dead Woman's Cross.

The third day was a little easier on the heart but harder on the knees as it's all down, down, down. Overall an amazing experience with great food and Paul, the guide, being funny and interesting being very knowledgeable about Incan history.
