Inca Trail

This trip was very exciting. The four days and three nights on the Inca Trail was very tiring. However, it was also rewarding with the fantastic views and amazing archaeological sites that would not be reached by any other way except by foot. Overall I enjoyed this trip immensely. Machu Picchu was more beautiful than I could have imagined and it was interesting to see temples and other sites of worship to understand the Inca culture. The optional trek to the mountain behind Machu Picchu had probably the most spectacular view in the whole trip. I would recommend a friend to make a similar adventure.
