Chat on WhatsAppWe waited a long time to take this trip, so we were extremely excited to be here. The briefing was helpful in making some last minute packing decisions, and gave us the opportunity to meet Paul and Marco. The bus ride to the trailhead was a little scary at times, but we made it.
For many in our group of friends it was the first time backpacking, so the first day was an eye opener. Paul sat down with some members of our team and helped us prepare better for the rest of the trip. There was entertainment on and off the trail, coupled with good food. It was a challenging experience for everyone and loads of fun. Between Marco and Paul we could not have asked for a better team.
It was an incredible experience for us, and I can't wait to come back to Peru and try another backpacking trip. Honky wonky.
