Into the Andes we go!

Very challenging and had a great adventure. Lots of little surprises thrown at us, we zipped across the river climbed right to the top and the skies cleared, it was perfect.

The service by the cooks and horse man was amazing, after a long walk every day it's was amazing to come back to tasty warm food, tents made up and welcoming smiles.

The guide was also really knowledgable and ensured that the varying needs of the group was met. I was one of the slow one as it took me ages to climatise to the altitude but he made sure the I was kept motivated and helped me when I needed.

The equipment is was really good! The walking poles saved as did the sleeping bags which were very toasty:-)
