Is that sleet? Is that snow?!?

We had an awesome time on the Salkantay Trek. There were countless scenic views all of which were more amazing in person than in pictures.

Abel and Miguel were great guides who were encouraging and supportive. We traveled with a wonderful group of follow from all around the world. There were certainly very challenging aspects of the Trek, highlighted by day two when we ascended to the Salkantay peak, with weather starting as overcast, which transitioned to rain, followed by sleet and finally snow!.

I would recommend this Trek to people if they want a challenging experience with very good service and magnificent views.
