The staff at the Cuzco office were very helpful and friendly. They answered all questioned and we felt that they were very knowledgable.

All the personnel ( guides and porters) in the beginning of the trip were organized and attentive. I was so impressed with the agility and strength the porters possessed in bringing the necessary supplies, up and over the passes.

Our lead guide made sure we understood the challenge that awaited us but also build up our confidence with advice, stories and assurance that we can make it.

I was happy that the guides were knowledgable, patient and of course lots of fun. Over all two, thumbs ups!! .
