“Little by little”

I'm not much of a hiker and have only done 4-6 hour day hikes back home, so the 4 day Inca Trail trek was a bit of a stretch for me.

With that being said, I had an incredible time on this trek! Our guides, Edwin and Jimmy, were so kind, patient, and accommodating even when I was tired and/or not feeling well. The views were amazing and the group dynamic was a lot of fun.

Edwin would always encourage us on the more difficult parts of the trail by saying "step by step, little by little".

The porters may have made the trip though making our bags lighter and cooking us delicious food for every meal of the day. Overall an incredible experience, although challenging. Would definitely recommend!.
