Heading into the four-day trek I didn't think much of it. I was just eager to endure on an adventure of the Machu Picchu with my mates.
Going into the trek with high spirits, I thought my sporting background back home would be enough to conquer the adventure. To my surprise I was completed exhausted after the first day, which supposedly was the easiest one! To my luck, the days got harder as it went on. It got to a point where i thought i WASNT going to make it. But in the end, all the pain was worth suffering.
