This was such a truly worthwhile adventure. The entire experience from booking to briefing to cooking to climbing was an absolute pleasure (I\’m lying about the climbing – it was hard but so worth it). The entire team including maya from the office, Juan Carlos our guide (whom I have Christened Peru dad) and our amazing chefs who create food magic in small dark rooms with only hot plates but who I am too disgustingly slack to remember the names of were such a pleasure to be around and only enhanced the already amazing experience.
