Initially I was nervous about attempting the trail. The whole team made me feel at ease, the initiation was informative and meeting our guides set the tone for a fun trip. The porters are stars, to put in so much work and still pass us with a smile on their face. The food they produced was fantastic and gave us a much needed boost. We got lucky with the weather and had three fantastic days, the rain on the 3rd day was much needed and provided a cool day for our longest day. The star of the show Machu Picchu was fantastic and the guided tour was great.
