My Salkantay birthday adventure

I started the Salkantay adventure on my birthday and it was epic ! Our guide and the entire service was excellent. They were friendly, attentive, informative; the food was excellent and I even got a cake ! Everyday was incredible and at the same time challenging but so worth it.

The trails never had too many people and got plenty of great pictures. We had snow, rain, sunshine, mud, climbs, just a little bit of everything. The views were amazing and if I had to pick a favorite day, I have to say Umantay. The view from our camp was out of this world, the best birthday I ever had !
