He was inspiring and motivating when necessary, plus he had a great sense of humor. The trail was unbelievably beautiful with some breath taking views, but none compared to the final morning when we joined hands and walked into the temple of sol to see the great city of Machu Picchu for the first time.
The crew we hiked with was amazing!! The porters were great, always ahead of the group setting up for us, the chef was unbelievably good, cooking three course meals each day and never cooking the same thing twice! It was truly one of the greatest treks of my life, and it ended at one of the world wonders!
I will never forget the group I hiked with, three Belgians and three Americans, and a wonderful guide with a wonderful crew of porters!!.
