Old lady and daughter go into the wilderness

We were very nervous about doing the Inca Trail . The first day was really easy with gentle inclines. The second day was the hardest. Getting past the Dead Woman’s Peak was not easy ! It felt good to have done it. Day 3 started uphill but once we’d reached our Peak for the day the rest was good. Our final day and we finally reached Machu Picchu. It was amazing. Overall a very good trail ! Really good guide. Most grateful to the cooks and porters who carried our stuff and cooked for us. We could not have done it without you.
