My Inca Trail experience was a humbling, physical and mentally challenging adventure. The altitude kicked my butt the first day and using the the banos was an adventure in its self.
I was out of my comfort zone and that is where the adventure began. My mantra for this trip was the
" journey was the destination." What a journey it turned out to be, growing and becoming one with PachaMama.
One highlight of this journey is when I asked our guide what was the the name of a orange flower I was looking at and she said it was an Orchid , but it was not open. Then it slowly open for me , as if on cue, too show me its beauty. We were all amazed and I thanked
Pachamama and we continue on the Inca Trail. :)
