Chat on WhatsAppBefore starting the hike I wasn't sure what to expect as far as difficulty and how it would effect me. During the hike I was able to really break a spiritual as well physical barrier. I could not have asked for better guides that were very knowledgeable of the location and history of the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu.
Our head guide, King of the Mountain, pushed me to my limits to do the best that I could and taught me so much about the trail I highly enjoyed this odyssey and would recommend it to anyone looking for an extreme adventure. The food that was provided was excellent, way more than I had expected. Porters were very helpful with carrying sleeping bags and extra packs of clothes.
The trip could not have been done without them. I'm so grateful for the experience I had and will cherish the memories forever.
