This trip was filled with excitment in and out. I was worried before the trip and concerned that i couldnt do it.
When i met the crew and the guides i felt more at ease as they were realalstic they were also fun and full of information. There was a couple that came that had never hiked and they were helping them along with accommodating the rest of the group and giving lots of history of the Inca Trail .
The porters were all friendly and nice. They always had sÃmiles on their faces and would clan for us all when we finished each day and came to camp. The food was five star food while camping.
Nothing you could get in the united states. Three courses for each meal and plenty of tea to cure head ache/elevation sickness.
