Our tour guide, Raul, knew a great deal about all of the archaeological sites and the Inca civilization in general. He was able to provide multiple perspectives on Peruvian and Incan history, which taught us a lot. He was also incredibly helpful in navigating the trail, and our cook and team of porters were equally as helpful each and every day.
The food exceeded our expectations, everything was well organized, and even throughout the early season rains, our Inca Trail Reservations team made the journey to Machu Picchu a great one. By taking the trail we got to see multiple amazing Inca sites and vistas one can't imagine. Make the time to hike the trail.
