My Salkantay adventure has been nothing short of the most unique, exhilarating, and pleasant experience of my life and this would not be true without the guides and cooks who have led us through mountains and campsites with vast amounts of hospitality, professionalism, and historical knowledge.
Jackson and Ever embody these traits, and our cooks made us food so delicious and so perfect that my friends and I are inspired to open a Peruvian restaurant in our hometown of San Francisco, California.
I would like to thank our guides and cooks for their wonderful work, and I am excited for future trekking groups that have the privilege of being led by these guides and cooks in the future.
