Salkantay, 14th May

I booked on the Salkantay trek with my sister as a reunion of nearly two years - and what an amazing reunion it was!

Amazing scenery - from glacial lakes, high snow capped mountain peaks, cloud forest jungles and of course the Inca ruins! We saw amazing flowers, fruit (passion fruit, oranges and avocados) and most amazingly hummingbirds flitting between the flowers! An added bonus included visiting hot springs (perfect therapy after a hard days trekking!) and zip-lining across spectacular scenery!

An unforgettable trip and perfect setting for our sisters' reunion, thank you to Carlos, Beltran and Jose Luis for making this experience possible!!
