This Trek is definitely worth doing. Quite varied landscapes, all of which are worth a photograph or ten. Our Guide was quite informative and seemed to know quite a bit about the local flora, fauna and trades.
The first Day is a good introductora training Day. A small way of incline and then it levels out for the rest of the way. The second and Fourth days are the hardest work. Half the time uphill and the rest Downhill.
The food was very substantial! Breakfasts, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner were prepared everyday by a team of friendly chefs. The weather changes every 5minutes so be prepared for humid warmth to dry snap cold!!.
