Salkantay Trail after drinking pisco is hard work!

The trip was amazing from beginning to end! Walking the Salkantay Trail was great fun and with a colourful and knowledgable team of guides, and support staff, was made all the more special. Taking in the range of sights along the trail, such as the change from mountainous terrain to jungle, all the way to getting to see the wonderous Incan ruins of Machupichu. It was here that the guide added great detail to the history of the ruins and the surrounding area. A must for any traveller with a sense of adventure, the trail and the company were fantastic from beginning to end.
