Salkantay trek 5D/4D

I had an amazing time on the Salkantay trek with Inca Trail Reservations - Salkantay.org. The Salkantay trek provided an amazing opportunity to see the natural beauty of Peru while at the same time giving us a chance to learn about the history of the Incas. Our guide Carlos was very friendly and personable and was very knowledgeable about the local customs, history, and geography.

The trek itself was physically challenging at times, but that made it all the more rewarding. Climbing to the top of Salkantay Pass was exhausting but the views were spectacular. The campsites each night were clean and quiet. The food provided was delicious. I would highly recommend taking the Salkantay Trek.
