Salkantay trek 5D/4D

We had an absolutely fantastic time during the trek, mostly due to our guide Carlos who was so enthusiastic and encouraging throughout! Parts are very hard going and he motivated us through them. Also when it transpired that our Machu Picchu entrance had been booked for 2 months later (August not June!) he went out of his way to ensure we could still get in.

Overall we had a great time, took some fantastic photos and have made lots of memories and friends! Would thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone who is thinking of visiting Cusco or wants to do a bit more than just take the train to see Machu Picchu!
