Salkantay: truly breath-taking

Our five day, four night trek with Salkantay.org / Inca Trail Reservations , was simply amazing. Juan Carlos and his team helped made the extremely challenging trek to be as accommodating as possible. Although the trek went through a variety of weather patterns, overall, the trek was just literally and figuratively breathtaking.

This is one heck of a trek, but it was extremely rewarding. Our chef was also extremely skilled. Each meal was based on local dishes and styles, and they were fantastic. Everyone was blown away from the quality and taste (and presentation) of all our cooked meals. Our chef needs to open his own restaurant ! He was that good !
