Chat on WhatsAppFirstly, Marco was an amazing tour guide. He made the whole experience enjoyable. He was encouraging and funny and is truly excellent. The chasquis were brilliant, and obviously we couldn't have done it without them.
The tents were comfortable and warm, and thr campsites were good. Raúl the chef cooked some great meals and was very accomodating of the vegetarians. The trek itself was brilliant. The views were breathtaking and we got to see lots of inca sites along the way, where Marco provided lots of interesting information.
We arrived at Machupicchu early in the day before it got too busy, which was good as we were able to see the place when it was more peaceful. And Marcó was also very good at getting other tourists out of the way so we could take pictures.
I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend his trip to my friends.
