Sea level folks meet trek the Andes

I had always heard that Peru was magical place. But I wasn't sure what to expect on our Salkantay trek. My dad were really excited to start.

After 3 days of acclimating to the altitude in Cusco we were ready for our experience of a life time! Our transportation was good and comfortable. Once we got to the day trailhead , we were off. We camped at the foot of the Snow covered Andes.

Incredible views and unbelievable night sky!! It just got better every day. It really doesn't justice trying to talk about it..

I recommend this trekking company to all. The rivers, the mountains, the jungles, and of course the the of all Machu Picchu. Oh and our guides Carlos and Marcos were fantastic.
