Searching for my ancestors

I love the Inca Trail for several reasons. It's my grandfather's country. He was an Inca and Spanish beated him to dead in order to get some information about gold, money and property. He did not speak. I always felt the suffering of my grandfather and this is the reason why I did the Inca Trail.

I feel that I have now more strong and pure contact with him. The tour guide Chachi is a real gentleman, he took his time to get me through it. I am writing a book about this trail and everyone who helps me will be annotated in my book. I love Peru, I love Inca Trail, and I love my Inca ancestors, and I love Chachi.
