The overall experience was excellent. Communication was great with the office pre-hike. Transportation was timely when we arrived at the airport in Cusco. The scenery during the hike was stunning, the guides (Rodger & Juan) were fabulous, and the food provided by the chefs was delicious!!! Each evening we were given a short history \”lesson\” about Peru from our guides, followed by a delicious meal from our chefs. The horsemen & chefs efficiently set up our camp so that it was ready each evening when we returned from our hike. Would definitely recommend to friends!! Thank you Salkantay Trek! We had a blast!.
